Representing Clients inFort Lauderdale and South Florida

Getting charged with a crime can impact your life in many ways. Financially, a criminal charge can involve significant fines and make it more difficult to find employment. It can also affect your freedom and your relationship with family and friends. At J. David Bogenschutz & Associates, P.A., we represent defendants with the goal of getting their charges and penalties reduced or dismissed entirely. We have in-depth knowledge of Florida criminal law, as well as Federal criminal law, which enables us to build effective legal strategies that protect our clients' rights and achieve fair and just outcomes.
